2. Please contact me via e-mail or text message. All enquiries will be responded to within 3 working days.

 

3. A deposit of 50% will be required upon confirmation of your booking. The remaining balance of 50% will be payable upon completion. 

Kindly be reminded that the deposit is non-refundable for any amendment made after confirmation of your reservation date and time.

 

4. Please pay the deposit via bank transfer and inform me after payment is made. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon completion.

 

5. Please pay the deposit within 7 days of your reservation. Any reservation will not be confirmed before payment of deposit and I reserve the right to make alternative arrangements.

 

6. All accessories must be returned within 7 days (only via registered mail). 

Alternatively, you can return them personally to me at Toa Payoh.

 

7. Kindly note that all rates are fixed and is non-negotiable.
